THE "SOS®" TECHNOLOGY
SOS® SuperOverSeeding technology consists of the ability of a particular turf-type Lolium multiflorum variety (var. westerwoldicum) to germinate at low temperatures (germination down to 4°C soil temperature).
WINTER OVERSEEDING
SOS® SuperOverSeeding is the only mixture on the market whose varieties have been specifically selected for low-temperature winter overseeding. Established on a sports field in January with a soil temperature of 6.2°C, the surface coverage after 30 days was 60%: the fastest possible solution in the entire panorama of overseeding mixtures, also for all ornamental and recreational lawns.
