MAINTENANCE
DOLCEVITA barbecues are hygienic and easy to clean. With the brass bristle brush and cleaning detergent, you can easily clean the barbecue after use. Grates and plates, both cast iron and stainless steel, can be washed in the dishwasher. Grease residues on the barbecue body can be removed with a warm cloth; it is important to perform this operation within a few hours of using the barbecue.
