MAINTENANCE
DOLCEVITA barbecues are hygienic and easy to clean. Thanks to the brush with brass bristles and the cleaning detergent, the barbecue can be easily cleaned after use. Grills and hotplates, both cast iron and stainless steel, can be washed in the dishwasher. Grease residues on the barbecue body can be removed with a warm cloth; it is important to perform this operation within a few hours of using the barbecue.
