MAINTENANCE
DOLCEVITA barbecues are hygienic and easy to clean. Thanks to the brass bristle brush and cleaning detergent, the barbecue can be easily cleaned after use. Both cast iron and stainless steel grids and griddle plates can be washed in the dishwasher. Grease residues on the barbecue body can be removed with a warm cloth; it is important to perform this operation within a few hours of using the barbecue.
